Lightyear’s streaming premiere and highly anticipated new shows from Marvel and Star Wars are among the many big-name properties that Disney+ has to offer in August.
“Lightyear,” an animated prequel to “Toy Story,” will be available on Disney+ for the first time on August 3. It’s safe to assume that Disney executives expect it to be a more significant success with youngsters who see it at home.

- Alice’s Wonderland Bakery (S1, 5 episodes):

In this new series, there will be new versions of familiar characters such as the Mad Hatter, March Hare, Queen of Hearts, and the Tweedledum and Tweedledee twins, which centers on Alice’s great-granddaughter. Alice is a blossoming baker at the enchanting Wonderland Bakery, where she creates a variety of confections.

All eager to make their mark in the universe, Buzz Lightyear and his recruits, Izzy, Mo, and Darby, all eager to make their mark in the universe, set off on an interstellar adventure with their robot friend, Sox. This motley crew is about to embark on their most challenging assignment yet and to succeed. They will need to learn how to cooperate to evade the wicked Zurg and his loyal robot army, who are never far behind.

- I Am Groot – Premiere
Photorealistic animation for I am Groot Season 1 started by August 2021, with the show’s writer and producer Ryan Little being confirmed in November. Vin Diesel returns as the voice of the cute anthropomorphic sprout in a series of animated shorts centered on Baby Groot. During the film, we follow Baby Groot as he grows up in the cosmos, encountering strange and unusual individuals and eventually finding himself in trouble.
This delightful collection of five original short films recounts the adventures of Baby Groot as he develops throughout his childhood and gets into all sorts of trouble along the way.
- Bluey – Season 3 – 25 Episodes:
As a 6-year-old Blue Heeler puppy with boundless energy, Bluey transforms regular family activities into amazing experiences, sharpening her creativity and her physical, mental, and emotional fortitude. The six-year-old Bluey and her four-year-old sister, Bingo, are the show’s stars, centered on creative activities. With near-infinite tolerance for the usual wails of “play with us!” or “again!”, Dad Bandit and Mum Chilli are constantly drawn in. With squeals of excitement every time the unique theme tune is heard, the Brisbane-based creators of the cartoon family of cow dogs have won an Emmy and a Logie. The animated series Bluey is a popular one in the USA.
- Running Wild with Bear Grylls: The Challenge (S1):
When it comes to witnessing some of your favorite actors and actresses take on mind-blowing challenges in the wild, we’ve got some excellent news for you. The seventh season of Running Wild with Bear Grylls: The Task has arrived, and several Marvel stars have declared they’re ready for the challenge.
This season of the show has a lot of prominent visitors, but our attention was drawn to the performers portraying superheroes. You’d think that their Marvel training would give them an advantage when it comes to coping with bears in the wild.

While trying to juggle her work as an attorney with her newly acquired skills, we follow Jennifer Walters.
Her relatives had fought to suppress the Hulk in their family for years, but Jennifer was able to master the power and now relishes her newfound strength. During the day, Walters works as a lawyer; at night, as an Avenger, she fights criminals like She-Hulk.
